Pocheon Resource Project
Resource Assessment & Development Feasibility
Exploring Land and Water Resource Potential for Future Business Opportunities.
GINIEL COMPANY is assessing development opportunities associated with a woodland site in Jangam-ri, Idong-myeon, Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
The project focuses on evaluating site conditions, investigating potential water resources, and determining whether technically feasible and commercially viable development pathways can be established.
Our approach combines site assessment, resource investigation, technology application, and economic feasibility review.
The project's next steps will depend on field evidence, technical results, applicable permits, and investment feasibility.
Understanding the Site Before Development
We examine site conditions, terrain, geological characteristics, access, and potential water resources to establish a factual basis for development planning.
Key areas of assessment include:
Site conditions and land characteristics
Geological and hydrogeological investigation
Groundwater testing and water quality analysis, where appropriate
Technical, regulatory, and economic feasibility
Resource availability, sustainable yield, water quality, and development costs must be established through appropriate field investigations and testing.
DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP
01. DESK STUDY & SITE REVIEW
Review land conditions, topographic maps, geological characteristics, site access, and available information to establish the scope of the Pocheon Resource Project.
This initial phase will identify key questions for field investigation and help determine the next steps for assessing development feasibility.
02. FIELD INVESTIGATION
Conduct on-site investigations to examine geological conditions, rock formations, terrain, and potential groundwater resources.
Where appropriate, geological surveys, exploratory drilling, groundwater level measurements, and water quality testing will be considered to evaluate site conditions and identify the next steps.
03. TECHNICAL VALIDATION & TESTING
Analyze groundwater samples, assess water quality, and conduct appropriate pumping tests to evaluate potential yield and resource characteristics.
The results will help determine whether the site can support a technically feasible and sustainable development plan.
4. FEASIBILITY & DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
Evaluate technical feasibility, development costs, infrastructure requirements, regulatory conditions, and potential business applications.
Based on the findings, GINIEL COMPANY will assess viable development scenarios and identify potential partners and investment opportunities for the next phase.
Assessing technically and legally feasible uses of water resources, subject to verified availability and water quality.
Exploring potential applications of nanobubble oxygen transfer technology in water treatment, controlled cultivation, and related systems.
Evaluating potential product concepts using appropriate water resources and agricultural ingredients, subject to product development, safety testing, and regulatory review.
These are potential applications under evaluation. Commercial development will depend on technical validation, applicable regulations, market demand, and economic feasibility.
